2. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made for services, including but not limited to consultations, meal plans, and any other dietary services, are non-refundable. Once payment is received, it secures your booking and is final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed appointments, or unused services.

3. Client Confidentiality

Holly Savill Performance Dietitian is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all client information. All personal and health information shared with us will be kept confidential and will only be used to provide the services agreed upon. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

4. Terms of Service

  • Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  • Service Changes: Holly Savill Performance Dietitian reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

  • Limitation of Liability: Holly Savill Performance Dietitian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.

  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.

  • Cancelling Membership, a 30-day paid notice must be provided via email. By signing up to the membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
