All payments made for services, including but not limited to consultations, coaching programs, meal plans, and any other dietary services, are non-refundable. Once payment is received, it secures your booking and is final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed appointments, or unused services.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By enrolling in a service or membership, you agree to have your card details securely stored through Stripe for recurring payments and future transactions.

4. Coaching Commitment and Cancellations
By enrolling in Performance Dietitian Nutrition Coaching, you acknowledge and agree to a minimum 12-week commitment. After completing the initial 12 weeks, if you wish to cancel your membership or coaching service, you must provide at least 14 days’ written notice via email.
