  • 'Build your own meal' template, allowing you to create your own meals with your individual portion size guides.

  • Fortnightly consults + updated meal rotations if desired

  • Weekly online check ins (emailed every Monday)

  • Access to community group

  • Nutrition resource library (new content uploaded regularly)
